We DON’T Accept Returns
Paw Store Inc. is a Canadian distributor for Young Again Pet Food and because we import from Young Again Pet Food in the USA, we DO NOT accept returns. The shipping rates in Canada are extremely high and sending back food to Young Again is very costly.
Due to the nature of import and due to our pricing model, Paw Store Inc. is operating on very thin margins and accepting returns to send back to the USA will not be sustainable.
Please ensure you accept this NO REFUND and NO RETURN Policy BEFORE you make your purchase.

Please ensure you follow the storage of food on your package and other important information labeled on the food package.
FedEx and CANADA POST INSURANCE
While we strive to deliver the package perfectly, we understand that once we ship out, how the product arrives is out of our hands. If you receive a damaged product packaging, all our shipments automatically come with a $100 insurance.
In such cases, please contact customer support at hello@pawstore.ca within 1 day of receiving your order and we will assist you in resolving this issue with Canada Post while we arrange for a replacement order (once we receive the damaged order back UNOPENED and UNUSED)
